TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Introduction

1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to all consumers of our services. These terms constituts the entire agreement between the

parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and

understandings between us, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.

1.2. We recommend that you print this document and make sure you understand it. As once you accept our estimate for works and

services, you agree to be bound by these terms, together with the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

1.3. Aion Kitchens & Bathrooms is owned and operated by Christopher Lowther and can be contacted by email

at aionkandb@gmail.com, address in Oxfordshire, UK can be made available upon request.

1.4. Any unauthorised copying of contents used on the Website or other advertising means, including storing images, blog posts, or

words, is strictly prohibited.

1.5. These terms and conditions may be reviewed and updated from time to time. Please check the Website for any changes.

1.6. Any description or images used in this website or on any other form of advertising is for illustration purposes only.

2. Services

2.1. To receive an estimate you agree to provide Aion Kitchens & Bathrooms access to any premises under your control and

provide a detailed description of works to be carried out as well as all necessary licences and consents.

2.2. The free estimate service will only apply to the first. If additional works or changes are made to the original estimate

you may be charged a fee (unless otherwise agreed)

2.3. In the case of our bespoke service, it is your responsibility to provide Aion Kitchens & Bathrooms with an accurate specification to the

best of your ability.

2.4. All services are subject to availability.

2.5. All estimates are valid for a maximum of 14 days from its issue date. After that a new estimate may be necessary

and fees may apply.

2.6. Upon acceptance of the Estimate the deposit value as explained on the estimate must be paid to Aion Kitchens & Bathrooms before the commencement of work and further stage payments at an agreed time before final payment is made upon completion.

3. Contracted Services

3.1. Any changes to contracted services as set out in the Estimate, should be made in writing to Aion Kitchens & Bathrooms as soon as possible.

3.2. We will not be held responsible for any delays in the commencement of contracted works due to the availability of

materials supplied or delays in gaining access, permissions or permits to properties, or for the extension of contracted works due to

unforeseen issues that were not initially apparent upon first inspection.

3.3. Additional work agreed verbally outside the original estimated scope of works is understood as a contracted work instruction between

Aion Kitchens & Bathrooms and the client to carry out the work and it is agreed that Aion Kitchens & Bathrooms will be paid in full

after the completion of additional works or as agreed.

3.4. It is assumed that all new installations are 'like for like' unless specified at the time of the appointment. Any new installations that require modification that we were not made aware of at the time, will be charged as additional works and will be paid for in full after the

modification has been completed or as agreed.

3.5. Once all materials and goods are in the clients possession, the risk of damage to, or loss of will be passed to them.

3.6. Upon completion of works, the balance of the agreed amount must be paid in full, either in cash or bank transfer.

3.7. The client will not own the goods and services until we have received full payment and we reserve the right to remove those

goods and services if payment is not forth coming.

3.8. The contract is valid for as long as it takes Aion Kitchens & Bathrooms to complete the works.

3.9. You agree to allow us to take images of the agreed works before, during and after completion and agree for us to use them in promotional material either on the website or social media. If you do not agree to this, please contact Aion Kitchens & Bathrooms in writing before commencement of works at aionkandb@gmail.com.

4. Cancellation

4.1. If you, the client change your mind about the agreed scope of works after a deposit has been paid you will lose your right to a refund, you may also be subject to additional charges if we have already placed orders for materials and goods on your behalf or if the work has already commenced.

4.2. If Aion Kitchens & Bathrooms cancels the agreed scope of works due to no fault of you, the client, your deposit will be refunded in full.

5. Warranty

5.1. The nature of the materials used in some circumstances means that some irregularities may be visible, these

irregularities are out of our control.

5.2. Our bespoke products are handmade, so slight irregularities are possible although every endeavour has been made to limit this.

5.3. We warrant that any works agreed will conform with its description, and will be reasonably fit for all of the intended purposes

as described in the estimate.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from our

or your negligence, as applicable; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) limit or

exclude any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.

6.2. We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.

6.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any of the following:

6.3.1. any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

6.3.2. injury or death caused by lack of supervision.

7. Promotions emails and content

7.1. By accessing our Website you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by email or any other

contact form you may provide us with (including your phone numbers for calls or text messages). If you do not wish to receive these,

please notify us at any time.
